All Sew Much Love by Danielle products are handmade to order with care. Because each item is made especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or faulty items If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at [your email address]. Include a photo of the damage and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement for you as quickly as possible.

Pre-orders The Creative Carry Case is a pre-order item. Please note that pre-order timelines are estimates and may vary. Cancellations of pre-orders are not accepted once production has commenced.

Sizing Please refer to the sizing guides on each product page before purchasing. We are unable to accept returns due to sizing if the correct size guide was available at the time of purchase.
